Panax Solutions is seeking experienced superyacht crew for private yacht operations, support vessels, and global expeditions. Roles include Captains, Chief/2nd Engineers, Deck Officers, and professional Deck Crew.
You’ll support vessel operations, planned maintenance, guest movements, and safe navigation/engineering duties while maintaining the highest service and safety standards onboard. The ideal candidates are professional, discreet, and able to operate confidently in private, high-expectation environments.
Requirements:
- Proven superyacht or expedition vessel experience
- Strong seamanship and vessel-handling awareness
- Professional, well-presented, and guest-focused
- Able to work in fast-moving, confidential environments
- Safety-driven with excellent communication
Preferred:
- STCW + ENG1
- Yachtmaster / Officer of the Watch / Engineer CoC
- Refit or shipyard experience beneficial

Panax Solutions is seeking an experienced Pipefitter / Pipe Welder team for industrial piping installations. The Pipefitter will read isometrics, measure, cut, bevel, and align pipes, preparing them for welding. The Pipe Welder will perform TIG/MIG/ARC welds on carbon steel, stainless steel, and exotic alloys, ensuring strong, leak-free joints that meet exact tolerances and pressure standards.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in industrial piping
- Ability to work from isometrics and P&IDs
- Skilled in fabrication and precision welding
- Experience with carbon, stainless steel & exotic alloys
- Valid welding certifications preferred
Project Management
Line Maintenance Engineer (B1 or B1/B2) – A320/A350/B787
📍 Location: Switzerland
📅 Start Date: ASAP
⏳ Contract: 6 Months (possible extension)
💶 Rate: €40/hour
Panax Solutions is seeking an experienced Line Maintenance Engineer (B1 or B1/B2) with valid EASA Part-66 License and A320/B787 type ratings (A350 preferred). You’ll perform line maintenance tasks, including daily/weekly checks, APU & engine changes, defect rectification, troubleshooting, component swaps, A-checks, and out-of-phase inspections.
Requirements:
- EASA Part-66 B1 or B1/B2 license
- Type ratings: A320 & B787 (A350/A330/B737/EMB170+ an advantage)
- 5+ years’ line maintenance experience
- Fluent in English, both written & spoken
- Strong problem-solving & organizational skills
