My passion lies in bringing people together — connecting highly skilled tradesmen with forward-thinking companies who rely on precision, quality, and speed. Having worked closely within F1, aerospace, and high-performance manufacturing environments, I understand the challenges businesses face when sourcing top-tier talent for critical projects.

Through these years, I’ve developed a vast network of specialist welders, composite technicians, CNC machinists, finishers, and aerospace engineers, enabling Panax Solutions to deliver the right people at the right time.
